max. torque, power of 533i, 535i? (archive)

I'm on the verge of an engine rebuild of an E12 1977 530i and want to know how much is gained over my stock 3.0L by rebuilding my M30 block as a 3.3L or 3.5L. I know what needs to be done from an E12 forum, but I don't have any engine specs. for E28s.
My blue book tells me I have 175 HP at 5500 RPM and a max.
torque of 188 ft. lbs. at 4500 RPM for my 77 530i.
I don't have any E28 reference manuals (yet), so I was
wondering if anyone could tell me how much power and
max. torque I can achieve with the 3.3 L or 3.5 L
M30 engines. Thanks...
