Happy Easter Board!!

Today, I decided to disassemble the third brake light assembly, located on the rear parcel shelf, crammed against the rear glass. The procedure is pretty self-explanatory, except be careful if your plastic pieces are brittled from the sun. It could literally disintegrate in your hands!! I cleaned the pieces (base unit and snap-on cover and bulb)in warm soapy water and dried thoroughly. In the meantime, I vacuumed the carpeted area and cleaned the glass, where years of dust, soot, and other grime had built up, then reassembled. Looks real crisp and clean again.

Jimmy Moreno, I'm getting that gas smell from the back also. Let me know if those little hoses going from the filler neck to the canister in the trunk does the trick. I think I'll need to do that also.
