Rear Headrests, Soundproofing, Clear Coat Repair (archive)

I'm currently the owner of an '88 528e (224k). I have 3 different questions and I'd definitely appreciate any help you could offer. First off, I was wondering if anyone has tried to rig a headrest setup for the rear seats and if so, how has it worked for you? Secondly, does anyone have any suggestions for soundproofing the whole vehicle, especially to reduce engine and wind noise? Finally, my paint (silver) has some wear and tear and a neighbor said that the clear coat was decaying. I'd appreciate any tips on clear coat repair. Thanks in advance for any answers/suggestions.
