Your car should run on Unleaded. Lead used to be a product of refining that had a property of carrying away extra heat of combustion. Today's reformulated fuels have many additives that compensate for this.
As a side note, I always burn premium. The flame speed-shock wave advance across the top of the piston is more uniform resulting in reduced transverse motion transmission at the top of the piston for less wear.
Unleaded is fine.
