recommended cd changer for 528e? (archive)

I have an '88 528e and would like to replace original radio since it just died. Which 6x cd changer should I go with? Any good recommendations? What's good quality, but doesn't cost arm and a leg? Easy installation, not too attractive to thiefs, etc? Thanks.
