I don't really know, but in the Roundel a couple of months ago, a guy with a 325i complained of similar problems with his car, and that's what they told him the problem probably was.

If you pump the gas pedal, it might help it fire up sooner. See, if it IS the injectors, alot of air getting into the engine will help the excess gas to get out.
