Use tin-snips, it is much easier than a jig-saw. Be sure to space them evenly, I've seen a few that aren't and it looks crappy.


i have a 1983 520i and i want to install a set of Kenwood 6x9s speakers on my parcel shelf but they will not fit because of the metal shelf is not deep enough to allow for the speaker magnet.Can i take out this shelf and build another,although the shelf stiffens the chassis could i fix a wooden shelf??????
