A bit of a pain to repair & align properly so the window doesn't bind going up & down in the channels. I peened the rivets on the metal clevis which grips the glass to hold more snugly & got a strip of butyl rubber from a glass shop to slip in between & J.B. Weld (great stuff!) to keep it all together. For extra strength, I ran a bead of RTV along the entire bottom edge where the glass rests on the metal rail. The key is to clean all surfaces very well with alcohol or any other suitable solvent when doesn't leave a residue. It's worked well for another 3 years so far. Just have to convince the wife & kids the doors don't need to be slammed shut, just slightly more firm than the refrigerator is sufficient.
