Here's a suggestion, but maybe not an answer:

The Bavarian Autosport springs have a very similar rate and lower the vehicle identically to the M-Tech setup. I have these on my 535 (along with M-Tech anti-roll bars front and rear) and the car handles beautiffuly. I'll bet the Bav springs are around 30-40% cheaper than M-Tech to boot.
