The car ran like sh@#! It idled terribly, had bad low end power and smelled really gassy. The only time it ran well was in the high RPM range (like 4K+).

I prefer the light "trailer hitch" action under acceleration to the "loading up" in the open loop config., but I thought that these cars were supposed to run pretty well in open loop. Could I have a fuel delivery (too much) problem??
