in place and carry the load. All the hubcentric rings do is center the wheel. Just make sure they are snug on both sides. On the flange and in the wheel. Careful you don't get them stuck in the wheel if they are too snug. Don't know about the JB weld. Stick like crazy, but not sure if you should use it? Anyone?
