Burgbernheim, das ist in the Nahe von Illesheim, is that where you've been all this time! I was stationed at Illesheim from 85 to 88 with HHC 1st BDE 1st Armor Division before they were relocated to Vilseck. We used to go skiing at Burgbernheim, weather allowing.


Hello all,
Not BMW related but. We live in a really small, beautiful German town called Burgbernheim near the Army post. My family has a yearly HausFest that we do to get all of our German neighbors and friends together. We provide the beer and food and they all bring a side dish. Well as you all know, we are returning to the states soon. After three years here we have some good friends we will miss. I also am leaving command after 18 months and got to recognize some of my great soldiers. Take a look at the pictures.
