The buzz may just be the voice coil wire contacting the back of the cone. Just move the wires away from the cone and your buzzing should go away either that or your speaker is blown. I've seen fantastic bargains on 4 x 6 inch auto speakers on sale with multiple mtg holes from Parts Express. You can order really cheap and fairly decent speakers from their website at www.partsexpress.com.
