They are cheap, very friendly and helpful. However, I needed parts for my car for a race weekend in March and so I placed the order at the end of January. Was supposed to be shipped to Hawaii via Priority mail, but ended up being sent Parcel Post. Finally got here a day before the race, but I had already purchased other rotors and pads locally. Throughout the 5 weeks of waiting they were helpful in trying to find out how it was shipped, but to no avail. I needed the parts so I sourced it out locally. I explained to the guys at Vertex, said no problem and would even pay for my return postage. They followed through on their word. I will purchase from them again, but on a much more advanced basis. The guys who helped me were, Mike, Adam and Sid. Has anyone had any experience buying from these folks? Their prices are really low. Thanks.
