This is true love if I have ever seen it....Tony... go to her!
here's the situation. I sold my 5 awhile back, and have been kicking myself for it sense. I talked to the new owner the other day and he said he would sell it back to me. I sold the car to him for $3100 and now he wants to sell it back to me for $3400. he has put on custom tailored seat covers, new battery, new alternator, new flywheel sensors.
here is a list of what i did to the car and what it has on it:
1984 533i
3.5L Euro motor installed
3:73 LSD
H&R lowering springs
Bilsten Sports
B&B Fabrication exhaust
K&N Cold air intake
UUC short shift
Front BBS spoiler
TSW Hock-r 17" wheels
245/45/17 Bridgestome Potenza S-02
Black bumpers (like the M5)
Switched tan interior to black
Tinted windows (a must here in Phoeinx)
All new front end (control arms, tie rods, blah blah blah)
MOMO Fighter s/wheel
MOMO DTM shift knob
Here is the link to the cars page. I did this right before I sold it.
So what do you guys think? Should I buy it bake for $3400?
The motor now has about 75k on it the rear end has about 35k the chassis has about 245k. 214k when the 3.3 motor dropped a cylinder.
All your info will be taken heavily on this subject!! Thanks Guys.

Tony,
I feel your pain...but I have my E28...
a)The new owner spent some $$ in registration and insurance...Here in NY the $300 is the price of those.
b)If you dont like a),Think that every thing you learn in life has a price...$300 is a fair price to pay...I would go fot it even if I would have to borrow the $300...
Good luck
Dan
