driver sidr mirror and windows question (archive)

Hello all after washing the car today i noticed i nocked my driver side mirror out ow wack i tried to readjust it and it will go right and left, but not up and down. I do hear the motor runing but no movement. Any ideas? also i have always had a bad water spot problem on the windows i have tried windex, washing them and drying before i think they have a chance to spot but they always spot. I just got the car tinted and now the spots show up more, any ideas on how to get rid of the water spots? Thanks in advance ~JOHN BANNER~
