Does this sound like my clutch master cyl is on the way out, too?

sounds like your clutch master cyl. is leaking by, or the slave cyl. My car started doing the same thing about a year ago, only on rare occations. Has just gotten so bad I have just orderd a master (what's wrong with mine)I'm asuming by "stuck" you mean it didn't come back all the way.
