Removing the radiator and giving it a good backflush is a good start along with flushing the cooling fins from the back side. If this doesn't work you probably have a severe case of blockage and a new radiator may be needed. Question: Does your auxiliary cooling fan turn on? Are you aware that you can install auxiliary cooling fan switches that turn on at lower temps. Good luck.
