Bob Tunnell was the National ESP (I think) champ last year in his '95 M3. He is from Denver (here) and active in our BMW CCA club. Heck of a nice guy, too.

During our BMW CCA autocross, the FTD was about 58 seconds. Bob did a 49 second run at the end of the day - THAT'S FAST!

in 1998 and 1999. Didn't run once w/ SCCA in 2000. A well prepped and driven E28 will hold its own regionally against the various V-8 lead sleds.
