Which upgrades do you guys think are most worth while?

In the order that matches my own priorities, which may not resemble yours:

driver's school
Conforti chip
freshen up all the rubber underneath (hoses, bushings, etc.)
big brakes, or at least very good new pads & rotors
non-TRX wheels (16x7.5 or 16x8) with very good 225/50 tires
maybe sway bars (factory M5 or Suspension Techniques)
brighter lights
