There were several different motor mounts used on the E24s. The early 3.5 engine was used in GMBH in the E24, but not here in the US. Motor mounts Right-11 81 1 175 592 and Left-11 81 1 175 591 were used in the E24s and will fit the E28s and the early 3.5 engines. This right mount was used in the states on the 633s of 9/82 to 4/84. This is a fact of the data I have collected using several different sources. I would like to know the part numbers of the mounts you tested.
