Posted by Stuart H. on July 22, 2001 at 11:53:17:

My '85 535i dumps coolant when I shut off my engine after a long, hot drive. It drains just behind the driver's side front wheel, which leads me to believe that the hose from the the coolant resevoir to the heater core is baked.

Problem is, I can't reach the heater core end to replace it. Anybody have any advice for the best way to replace it?

Thanks, --Stuart
