Congrats to ya, I just bought myself a 86 535i last thursday and I have been asking the same questions as you. So if you have any luck in finding some good info sources plz let me know :)


I was looking for a reliable daily driver to keep the miles off my M3 and found a friend-of-a-friend selling a '87 528e in showroom condition.

Any suggestions on where to go for more information on the car (is there a good FAQ or etc)? Any suggestions on modifications (grin)? I'm already thinking TMS/Conforti chip, Cone Filter kit, and UUC short-shift kit.
