I dont have an answer to your qustion, but I am curious on how hard is it to replace your front windshield? Mine is in need of replacement. I figured I was going to have to pay a professional to do it. However, if it's not that difficult I may attempt it myself...Thanks in advance for any input and good luck in your project.

I'm in the process of replacing my windshield and by the design of the seal, it appears as though no adhesive is necessary although when I removed the windshield a small bead of silicone was applirf just inside the outer part of the seal. Does anyone know if this is required or recommended? Thanks for any help.
