my e30 differential... a 3.73 and the 4.10 I bought for it... I lost the 4.10 rear cover in my last move and want to install the differential. Is there any difference in the speed sensor from the 3.73 that I'll be pulling off the car?


In the rear differential is a speed sensor. But before you run off and buy a new one, check the electrical connectors. Gonna be really dirty back there. From the dealer, it's @$40 but you should be able to find it cheaper mail order.
