it is, literally, a 2 minute job.
I have a bunch of pullers and other things (pieces of pipes, etc) and I think I may have been able to get the thing off, but it would have been hard to get the new one on. I didn't want to damage it.

I just went down to my local shop and the guy pulled the old one off and pressed the new one on in 2 minutes. Didn't charge me for it.

If you can get a puller on it, and have a way of pressing the new one on, you should be able to do it, though.


How hard is it to get the old bearing off, and the new one on. Do they have to be pressed on and off, or will the old one come off with a couple of wacks with my favorite tool?
