I assume that you have the subframe installed on the car and the bushings are still sticking out the bottom 1/4 inch? If so...do what I did. I got 2 blocks of wood and drilled a hole in each larger than the bolt that goes through the bushing. I then put the block of wood on the bottom of the bushing (bolt through the hole) and put jackstands under the block of wood. This allowed me to lower the weight of the car on the 2 bushings and the weight pressed them in the last little bit.
Just be careful! Don't make the block of wood longer than you have to, but make sure that they are wide enough to fit the entire bushing.
BTW: Mine were poly filled too, and went in fine. It was a PITA to do the whole job, but very very worth it. Let me know if I can help further.
