These tires have 2 nylon belts. Nylon has a tendancy to "flat spot". You would notice this when the tires are cold, but it would go away after they warm up. It's also possible that the tires are out-of-round. You would have to check them when they are warm, with a dial indicator. I had a friend years ago that worked at the Michelin factory in South Carolina. He told me that the specs the car manufacturers place on new tires for roundness are very strict. The car manufacturers get all the perfectly round tires. The "rejects" are sold to everyone else. One last thought, tires can rotate on the rims after they are mounted. Try marking the tires and rims to see if they move. IMHO, I would have them re-balanced by someone else. Sounds like your dealer isn't interested in fixing your problem (at least its your problem now). You might try warming the tires, then removing them immediately from the car. Then take them in to be balanced. If they cool, and flat spot, before they are re-balanced, the balance could be off when they warm back up.
