It's easier with the car up on jacks and the wheels removed though. After wheel removal, it's a 15-20 minute job. I have some photos, I'll post them this week.

Just like Rob said. Only two bolts to undo per "dog bone". You'll spend more time taking the rear tire off per side to access the dog bones than replacing the them. It's that easy.
