It's not like they're attached to the lights or anything. You can run the lights with the American harnesses, too. But, if you want the "true" Euro setup where the lows cut off when you flip the high beam switch, then you'll want the Euro harness.

I've seen several people selling Euro lights and grills, and they include harnesses with it. I just figured that, if you're paying three figures for some lights, you might as well see if they'll throw in the Euro harnesses, too. Since they're nothing more than some plastic with three female spade connectors each, it's not like it's breaking the bank to throw them in for you.

Sorry for the confusion. My point: you can run your Euro lights just fine w/o the Euro harness.
