Before I saw these advertised, I was trying to figure out a way to fill the spaces in between the stock bushings to cut down on sway, and his product filled the bill perfectly, aka. urethane.
I would have installed them myself, but I just wasn't up to removing the control arms myself, and I wanted my 535i to be alligned afterwards, anyway, so I took it to a shop.
I noticed an immediate improvement, and I believe the steering's now as tight as it's gonna get (I'd replaced all the other steering parts), which is pretty darn good.
You could try mentioning my name to him for a 10% discount, though like I said it's been a few months and I don't know if he'll still offer that discount to you or not.
Good luck on the car,
Ian McAdams
P.S. I bought 'em for $55, per his webpage, the link of which I've included in this reply. Email me if it doesn't go thru.
Is this his listing on eBay? Anyone ordered from him before? Is this price ($42) for a set?
I've seen a link for his website but can't seem to find it.
How do they compare to Bavarian Autosport performance-tuned control arms @ $59.95 each?
Any other sources?
