YOU PRESS SWITCH FOR A/C, RELAY TRIPS (FLIPS CIRCUIT TO ENERGIZE A/C FAN CIRCUIT, ENERGIZES TEMP CONTROL TO ENGAGE AND DISENGAGE A/C COMPRESSOR CLUTCH, ENERGIZES A/C EVAPORATIVE TEMP SENSOR (WHICH SAYS HOW MUCH COOL BEFORE I TRIP OUT THE A/C COMPRESS CLUTCH).
YOU COULD HAVE SOME TRICKLE VOLTAGE GETTIN TO THE A/C BLOWER CONNECTOR (AND AT 12V). THE TRICK HERE IS CURRENT (WAY MORE AT SPEED 3 THAN AT SPEED1). GOT TO TEST FOR CURRENT (CAREFUL HERE I DON'T KNOW HOW MUCH).
SUMMARY: I BROKE MY A/C EVAPORATIVE TEMP SENSOR ON THE WAY TO REASSEMBLY (REPLACING A/C BLOWER). GUESS WHAT? NO BLOWER SPEED, NO A/C CLUTCH TRIP, AND DEFINETLY NO COOL AIR. FIND THIS SENSOR AND GENTLY DISCONNECT IT AT THE CONNECTOR, INSERT A JUMPER IN THE WIRED END OF THE CONNECTOR, THEN PRESS BUTTON FOR A/C. MAKE SURE TEMP CONTROL IS WAY DOWN TO COOL SIDE (CAN BE DONE WITH IGNITION SWITCH ON). KEEP THE TEST TIME DOWN IN THIS MODE (ENGINE NOT RUNNING: IDLE CONTROL VALVE IS RUNNING).
MIGHT TO POP OUT RADIO AND LOOK UNDER INSULATION FOR THE A/C TEMP SENSOR!!

Hello all here is a up date please help i'm getting voltage to the plug for the ac blower motor but when i turn on motor i get nothing. i hooked 12 volts directly to the motor and the motor spins what else should i look for? Thanks in advance ~JOHN BANNER~ in florida where its hot and ac is broke :(
