I'm thinking that I may as well go ahead and swap out the alternator, .2 volts under what it's supposed to be (if the guy testong it was accurate!) might not be a lot, but it IS under..... So, what's the best way to go about this? I was quoted two choices at that shop, a rebuilt Bosch, or a rebuilt "other manufacturer". Or, he suggested if I was on a budget, I could have this one rebuilt in town.
Or are all of the above a bad idea, and I need to buy a NEW Bosch?
Thanks!
Bill
