Get it rebuilt however you please. Bosch rebuilt is no beter than anybody else from my experience with Volvos. EPS (european parts specialists) makes their own house brand rebuilt that sounds like a great deal. Never forget that no electrical component likes to operate at the edge of its range. If your alternator isn't putting out at least 14V, replace!!!!!! Low voltage makes electrical components do weird things. Try eps, I think it's eps. com, but they should pull up on a web search.
