Todd one way to find out if you blow your head gasket,pull your dip stick from the oil pan and make sure the water is not mixing with the oil, from what you said its time change the water pump fan-clutch thermostat, there is one particular plastic T joint that conected 3 hoses that located close to the starter you can check for water leak.good luck
