Let me guess, it looks like a kind of bleached out blue? I've got a silver "is" with black interior and the rear deck is that color. Actually, it was that color with a large brown (with what I hope) coffee stain on it (Tim, are you coffeholic?) that only disappeared after about 2 hours of scrubbing with Woolite upholstery cleaner.

But I digress. I think that it was at one time a lighter gray - maybe like the lining in the trunk? No idea. Perhaps like the dark gray on the sides of the door. I guess you could order a new rear shelf and install it, or just live with the fading. I think mine will be less noticeable once I tint the windows. . .

i PURCHASED FABRIC PAINT FROM THE AUTO STORE, TOOK OUT THE REAR SEATBACK, SLID THE SHELF OUT, AND PAINTED MINE GRAY. IT BLENDEN IN WELL WITH THE FACTORY COLORS.
