Installing later E28 electric seats in a 533i? (archive)

Has anyone done this? I have access to all the necessary parts, like console panel, switches, etc. Is any part of the seat wiring harness already in place in a 533i?

Need to replace the two ratty manual front front seats in the 533i. Seems like a logical upgrade.

A local salvage yard has a wrecked '88 528e with beautiful condition electric seats and interior panels (same tan color as in the 533i). Can swap be done easily?

Any ideas?
