Reseda (818 342 5154) gave the best price on a rebuilt ($125), but called back that they couldn't get the particular one I needed. After checking every online price I could find on the web, my local NAPA radiator shop turned out to be the best deal. A new BEHR OE for $20 less than the best online price once shipping was added.

Also, if its a broken plastic tank, the local shop may be able to rebuild. But, they couldn't get the tank for mine (88 535i auto) - same reason Reseda gave.
