First check that its getting power and that the switches work. Check the fuse. It still could be the regulator not being attached to the glass (in this instance get the glass to metal glue made by Wurth to fix it). A weak motor or rusted regulator assembly is another strong potential. If you have to delve into the door, replace the window felt/gasket as a new one will offer less resistance to glass going up and down. This job is time consuming.
