The eta engine just isn't intended for performance. Everyone has a different way to tweak it but they're all moneypit mods. If you're set on the car itself then get an m30 engine. Cost might be less than all the "upgrades" needed for the m20 engine.


I have an 86 528e with the 2.7l and I need all the advise I can get to make this car faster without screwing up my engine. Web addresses are helpful for just telling me what I need to do, chips, air flow, wire sets, etc. Thank you ver much. Also places where I can get Body Kits and performance equipment. Thank you
