I had a similar problem while camping this weekend. At the bottom of the window there is a track that the arm connected to the motor slides in allowing it to raise and lower the window. When someone rolled the window all the way down the tab on the arm came out of that track. Check to see if they are connected by (here is the fun part) removing your door panel and following the arm all the way to its end. Just a thought. Good Luck!!
