Steve, I am trying to figure out where that picture was taken. I too live in Knoxville (Ftn. City). Where in Knoxville are you located? I have a '88 535is red/tan. If you need a shop to take your car to, try Jeff Turner 546-0144. He works by himself (I think he has 1 other guy), and has a shop at his old house right off of Rutledge Pike. He is really nice and very knowledgeable about Bimmers. I have only needed him for A/C work (I have done everything else so far), but he did a great job.
Flash your lights and wave if you see a '88 red "is" with BBS wheels and blacked out chrome!
