E34 M5 into E28? (archive)

How feasible is it to drop an E34 M5 motor into an E28? I'm assuming the whole harness and everything from airbox to exhaust headers would need to come along. Also upgraded clutch needed - maybe E28 M5 clutch? Are motor mounts in the same place? Would the pan interfere with the sub frame or steering components?

Compared to cobbling together a forced induction system, this could be less expensive and more reliable, no?
