Patrick,
You don't need to lube or bond the hose, though lubing them may help them slide onto the fitting easier. Mine were not a problem to install.

To bleed the system, you use the bleeder screw, located on the thermostat housing. (On the 535, Looking into the engine bay from the front, you will see a copper colored nut a few inches behind the radiator fan, on the top front of the assembly that the large upper hose connects to.)

1. Fill the coolant tank with coolant and water to the full mark.
2. Loosen the bleeder screw, continue filling the expansion tank until coolant comes out the of the bleeder screw.
3 Tighten the screw.
4. Start engine and turn heat switch to Warm.
5. With engine idling at operating temp, loosen the bvleeder screw again, let coolant come out until there are no more bubbles, and tighten.
6. Let the engine cool, fill expansion tank.
