I HATE cutting a car for audio... To save a few $$$ you could run the amp in a 3 channel mode for the fronts and the sub, using the amp in head unit for the rears. For a subwoofer I used a Bazooka Tube under the rear seat. Iam using a 150 watt mono amp but probably don't need to be.
