turn the heater valve on. Fill the coolant reservoir. Disconnect the small hose (1/4") between the reservoir and the radiator at the coolant reservoir and hold the free end up high. Have a spare hose of the same diameter hooked to the coolant reservoir and blow through it until coolant starts coming out of the hose you are holding high. The bleed screw and coolant reservoir cap must be closed while carrying this out of course. Reconnect the hose and run your engine until warm. there should be no air coming out of the bleed screw when youy open it.
