He's got slightly too much antifreeze. That gives him extra protection in cold weather (which he may need, since we don't know how old the rest of his coolant is). He'll lose a little cooling ability, but if his engine is tuned properly he should be OK for the winter. Another option is to do nothing. The exact mix is only important if you are expecting very low temperatures. Depending upon where you live you may be able to go until the next annual maintenance with the current mixture. Then you can drain and flush at that time.
