What happened on mine was that the plug connector was not making a good contact and when it was blinking at hyper speed, it was flashing the parking light filament and not the turn signal filament. All I did to cure the problem was to unplug the connector and sprayed some contact cleaner on both the female and male connectors and while the signal is on plug it back in and slightly jiggle the plug around to make a good contact. You will then see which filament is then lighting up. If you turn both the parking light and activate the turn signal you will then see that both filaments should be lit but the turn signal one will be flashing. Hope this helps you out.

Recently I've started having intermittant problems with my left turn signal. Not every time, but probably one out of each 3 attempts, the signal sounds like it's blinking so fast that the actual external lights don't have time to light up. I got out of the car one time when the blinker was acting up and, sure enough, the turn signals weren't blinking at all. I checked the fuses under the hood and don't see anything blown. I didn't see the typical blinker relay/fuse that I seeem to remember seeing in other cars. Does anybody have any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.
