Thanks Tim, for the nice comments,

And like you say, the reason, at least in the US, M535is are nice are the special euro features. First aid kit, rear headrests, and all the neat stuff. Another thing is that you can get the 218bhp motor and with just bolt on exhaust mods (headers and cat) bring up the horsepower to a bit over 230, which is MORE than anyone needs. Plus, the euro chassis is lighter than the US chassis, and the 535i is lighter overall than the M5. And after having driven a US M5 and then my car, you can tell very easily the weight difference.

One suggestion, don't get a car in zinnoberrot. It FADES LIKE MAD. And my car will definitely need some paint work after 130,000+ miles as a daily driver.

Anyway, thanks again Tim!

HA! Sorry Duke, had to get ya back. The M535 is a really cool car. I saw Chris Graff's and was quite impressed.. Great interior.. Cloth Sports Seats, Full Euro Setup. If you don't want the troubles of an M5, Buy an M535. I would trade my M5 for a perfect M535 if there was one out there.
