I'm not sure what you mean by relay. The 88 auto is fully electronic. The control unit, according to Bentley, is behind the drivers kick panel, below the headlight switch. What problem are you having that requires discovery of the relay or control unit? My auto locked in third gear one day and the only problem was the connector arco set (plastic part) backed out of the metal connector shroud. The electronics are usually not at fault; it's usually a faulty connector somewhere. According to Bentley, the start relay, only on auto models, is located in the upper left of the drivers footwell. Hope this hepls.


I'm trying to locate the auto trans relay. Does anybody know where it is located?
